Fawaz Al Najjar used the Elements of pursuing a dream even when people tell you that you can not.

How would you characterize your work?

I wear many hats but lately, I really enjoy Producing and working with great writers and Directors and helping the next generation rise up.

What motivated you in your work?

Being the teacher of  Fawaz Al Najjar I spoke to him one day about what projects he enjoyed making and he told me that he really liked to make Music Videos. I took this as my opportunity to help guide him in the right direction. Honestly, my student motivated me and in that I motivated him. God has a way of making lessons from everyday situations.

What topics do you like to explore in your work?

I like to explore many topics and genres. Right now my main interests are artists, how they create fascinates me.

What do you consider to be your greatest work achievement?

That is very hard to answer. The greatest reward for a teacher is their student's success. So my Wolfpack would be my greatest work achievement.

What project would you like to create one day, and what would it be about?

My dream project would be to create an artistic hub here in Montreal with artists collaborating with artists. We can build our own Hollywood here and build it with our palette.

You also work as a teacher at the Trebas Institute. How do you perceive the work of a teacher? what do you teach What kind of students do you have?

I teach at Trebas Institute Montreal and am the Director of the Program for Film and Television. The work of the teacher is not only in class it is a sacred responsibility to guide them to their dreams to train them in real-life situations, to be severe when needed, and to support them when they need to confide in you. My students will always be my students even when they have graduated and have started work. I think the role of a teacher should not be just about technique but also how to be human in certain situations.  I teach several classes at Trebas Institute such as writing, cinematography, and Directing to name a few. The students that I have are a mix of domestic students along with International and different backgrounds from novice to intermediate and I adapt to each student to get them the best training they can.

What do you do if you're not thinking about work?

Stories, this is not just a job it is a lifestyle, a state of mind.
